5 facts about our Wanda

Did you know...

Wanda has been working in the coffee business for over 4 years....
But the owners of CoffeeClick have known her longer. Namely from the time they worked together at CB Group! There she started as an administrative assistant in 2011, then made the move to the CB Service Department in 2013.

Wanda is our "Rock in the Surf."
So what does she do? Wanda is the first point of contact for customers who request service or wish to place an order via phone and/or e-mail. She answers all questions with a smile every time and will not hang up until all ambiguities have been cleared up. And is there a glitch? Then she makes sure a technician is on the way as soon as possible, because too long without coffee ... of course that's not acceptable!

Wanda gets energy from...
Hectic at work combined with a pleasant atmosphere on the shop floor! When she has once again managed to help a customer quickly and receives a compliment as thanks for this. Surely that is enjoyment! What further contributes to the good atmosphere and her work motivation are her immediate colleagues. "Within CoffeeClick we have a very close team. We are always in for a laugh, but we can also be very serious and focused. As a team, we always put the customer first. We try to keep every customer, without exception, satisfied!"

Wanda finds it difficult when...
She can't help customers as quickly as she would like. For example, when scheduling service visits. Whether it is breakdowns or installations, it is and always will be a difficult puzzle. She always strives to solve the puzzle as quickly as possible. Together with her colleagues, like a top sports team.

Wanda finds it relaxing when....
She can spend her free time doing fun things with her family and friends. Nice walks with the dog or shopping with "the kids". About the balance between work and home she says: "The balance is very good. I have two wonderful teenagers at home who I keep in check together with my husband. Also a piece of teamwork, that's just what I'm made for ") Our employers also think proactively about this and that is greatly appreciated by us at home!"
