Let's start with an important question when looking for a new coffee supplier. "What will it cost?" Besides the fact that there are a large number of suppliers to be found, they also offer the equipment in different ways. Variations in this include;

Chances are, in addition to this purchase, rental, or lease amount, you will have to order and, of course, pay for the coffee beans and loose accessories separately. All in all, quite a large investment that no entrepreneur is waiting for.

As we just mentioned, you will often have to order the coffee beans and other accessories separately from traditional coffee suppliers. What is often difficult to secure here is the adjustment of the grammage of coffee per cup consumed by the machine. Because in this you are completely dependent on the supplier. What we mean by this is that in the beginning the grammage per cup may be 8 grams. But when after a year this is increased to 9 grams, and after two years to 10 grams, this means one thing for you. You will then have to order more coffee beans for the same number of cups of coffee, and that automatically adds to your costs.
The CoffeeClick concept includes weekly freshly roasted coffee beans. That means you can order coffee beans free of charge through the webshop. Our technicians will ensure that the grammage of coffee per cup always remains 8 grams. This way the quality always remains the same and you never pay too much. Win-win!
What about service delivery?
The final component of our coffee concept. Service delivery. Because when you have a malfunction or problem with the machine, who do you call? Do you have a service contract with your coffee supplier? And is this directly with the coffee supplier or with an external party? All kinds of questions you may not know the answer to right away. And the last thing you want when you run out of coffee due to a breakdown is to have to figure out who to call.
That is why both preventive and corrective services are also included in the fixed price per cup of coffee. A CoffeeClick technician will visit you periodically to adjust the machine. This way the taste always remains perfect and the machine is well maintained. If there is a malfunction or problem, you can call our own service department. They will first try to solve the problem over the phone. If this fails, the technician will visit you as soon as possible. Maximum within 8 hours, usually 4 hours. Because a day without coffee...
