WHAT DOES COFFEECLICK'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT LOOK LIKE?

CoffeeClick's entire service department consists of in-house service technicians. These technicians are ready to visit our customers every day to install machines, adjust flavors and if necessary, resolve service calls. What this means for our customers is that they can be sure that when they call CoffeeClick, a CoffeeClick service technician is immediately on their way. Well, not quite immediately, because when you call CoffeeClick you will first get our back office colleagues on the line. They will speak to you, map out the service call, assess whether it can be solved over the phone and then guide you through the process. It would be a shame if you had to wait unnecessarily for a service technician, while the challenge can easily be solved over the phone. That way you will never run out of coffee!

HOW DOES IT WORK WITH SERVICE CALLS?

Of course, it may happen that the coffee machine at your company needs a breakdown or service. If this cannot be solved over the phone, we take action immediately! Our back office will schedule a service visit by one of our technicians as soon as possible. The word 'schedule' may make it sound as if this could take many hours or even one or more days, but nothing could be further from the truth. In practice, our service technician is often on site within 4 working hours.

THE COST OF SERVICE

An important question. What about the cost of service? Because it shouldn't be that when there is a problem with your coffee machine, you have to pay for the repair, right? No, we think so too!

Therefore, to keep it easy for our relations, we have included both preventive and corrective services in our all-in coffee concept! This means that when you need service on a coffee machine in your office, a CoffeeClick technician will visit you free of charge to repair the machine, fix the malfunction and adjust the taste based on your specific wishes.
