FRESH BEAN COFFEE IN THE OFFICE AT PCI
CoffeeClick and PCI have been working together for years, and as neighbors of each other, our coffee at PCI. Why did PCI choose CoffeeClick? And what are the employees' experiences at this company? We put these questions to Esther Aarts, hostess of the Grand Café in Lijnden and a permanent member of the facilities team at PCI.
HOW DID YOU COME TO COFFEECLICK?
It's all in the Click
'We have a history with the owners of CoffeeClick,' says Esther. 'Before CoffeeClick was founded, the owners had a company within the printer industry: CB Group. This company was acquired by PCI. Logically, after CoffeeClick was founded, we decided to start a partnership. Thus, from day one we have been drinking CoffeeClick's coffee at work. They also provide us with tea and we have several water dispensers here with sparkling, cold and filtered water.'
What do you guys think of...
The coffee products
'CoffeeClick's coffee products are of high quality. In the beginning it took a lot of tasting and testing to find the tastiest blend. Now our cappuccino is nice and creamy and the coffee and espresso have a powerful taste. This was very noticeable when everyone slowly but surely returned to the office from home. Surely the coffee was tastier in the office than at home.'
The coffee machines
'The coffee machines here in the office are actually ideal,' Esther continues. 'The touch screens are clear and uncluttered, so there can be no confusion about what you choose. With the click of a button, an espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato is ready for you.'
The service
'We are of course in a luxury position because we are neighbors. But even before our companies were on the same street, we were helped within five minutes. From a minor malfunction to a short question or technical defect, everything is solved. Many problems can even be solved over the phone, which is nice!'
