Prompt and professional service
We can only achieve this by training our technicians in-house as service technicians and baristas. Through our preventive and corrective maintenance, we ensure that breakdowns are kept to a minimum and the coffee machine stays like new. Perfect service
To provide the companies or associations like you with our all-in coffee concept, the perfect service is essential. CoffeeClick is equipped with an electric fleet in order to deliver all products to the customers completely on green energy. In this way we want to do our part to reduce C02 emissions. Currently, almost 70% of our fleet is electric. The ultimate goal is to have the entire fleet 100% electric by 2025.

Co2 compensated shipping
Service provider Tielbeke unburdens our coffee bean roaster Neuteboom on transport, distribution and warehousing. A young and modern fleet (Euro6, PIEK and Cryo Tech), deployment of LZV vehicles, alternative fuels and LNG tractors ensure that Tielbeke actively invests in sustainability. And in terms of CO2 emissions? For that, they were the very first to be awarded their 3rd Lean & Green Star in 2018.

Branding
Neuteboom. For years our regular roastery. Not only because they deliver the same quality time after time, but also because of their commitment to a more sustainable world. They have the 'Climate Neutral Certificate'. They purposefully reduce Co2 emissions. For example, they have purchased a completely new burner that emits less Co2. They also buy green electricity and gas in order to emit 25% less Co2 in 2030. Finally, the heat released during the roasting of the coffee beans is reused via a new extraction system.

At CoffeeClick, corporate responsibility doesn't stop at the bean. Roasting and packaging coffee costs energy. Family roastery Neuteboom has set up a management system according to the standard elements of NEN EN ISO 50001:2011. This international standard specifies requirements for setting up, implementing, maintaining and improving an energy management system. This helps our organization adopt a systematic approach to continuous improvement of energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use and consumption.

CoffeeClick is all about fair coffee. In collaboration with Neuteboom, they roast coffee and give small farmers a guaranteed, fair price for their product. The Fairtrade (Max Havelaar) label helps farmers and workers in the process of harvesting to gain a better place in the supply chain in developing countries, so they can live from their work and invest in a sustainable future.

Growth Process
CoffeeClick's sustainable coffee beans are grown organically. They meet the strict requirements of organic farming methods: no chemical pesticides and artificial fertilizers are used during cultivation and only natural methods are used to keep the soil fertile. Neuteboom can supply coffee with the European organic label, but also with the German Naturland label.
