How it all began...

The founders behind CoffeeClick's unique coffee concept have been active in the copying and printing industry since the mid-1980s.
First as passionate salesmen within various organizations and later successful with their own 'baby'; CB Group.
Success was built through hard work combined with a passion for the profession and their own service and financing mechanism.
This is also where the all-in principle originated, in this industry called MPS; Managed Print Services.

How did the final translation come about to the coffee industry?

Typical case of pure coincidence and entrepreneurship. A new coffee machine installed in the CB Group's kitchen set the ball rolling. We asked whether the machine had a cup counter. When it turned out that it did, but the data was not being used, the idea was born. A new, unique concept in a traditional market.

Why innovative

After its founding in 2012, CoffeeClick has grown into a full-fledged company with all facets of the business under one roof. Sales, Service, Finance, Marketing and an in-house financing model in-house. Innovative in a traditional market. That's what CoffeeClick has been from day 1. The old principle of selling a machine and buying loose accessories was pushed aside. Instead, we offer a unique way of working with professional equipment without investment, freshly roasted beans and perfect service.


Investment in expensive equipment is a desired expense for few business owners and associations. Therefore, we have addressed this concern. Equipment financing is handled in the same way as services and accessories. All included in the fixed price per cup. 1 invoice. Crystal clear.

What am I actually paying per cup?

Ask a company buyer what is paid for a m2 of business premises, a (color) printer or the additional cost of lease cars and the answer is almost always ready. In contrast, price of a cup of coffee is often a mystery. Guesses are made, but exact amounts often remain out. The many different contracts for equipment, accessories and service are what complicate the addition. Added to this is the fact that it is unknown how many cups of coffee are brewed from a kilo of coffee beans. The precise adjustment of our machines to 8 grams per cup and the beans included in the price per cup solve this mystery for our customers.

And by...

A lot has happened since our founding. As a company, we have established ourselves, grown, moved and developed significantly. And that the concept has proven to be a success is evidenced by the many coffee providers who have become acquainted with it and adopted it, in part or in whole.

Many variations on our concept and our 'Click' (e.g. cliq or clique) we have come across over the years. Instead of letting this throw us off course, we differentiate ourselves time and time again so that we do not turn into a '13 in a dozen' company. That's what makes CoffeeClick truly unique.

Are we the only one and the first?

Although we were the first to introduce this method to the coffee market, we were not entirely alone. Our friends at Netdata, who were involved in CB Group's contract automation, thought along on how coffee contracts should be managed and automated. Because they too were enthusiastic about the new way of working, they entered into a partnership with Italian coffee roaster Buscaglione, and thus Pertazza was born.

The same way of working, with a different target audience. The friendship and cooperation exists to this day, and information and knowledge is exchanged to stimulate the growth of both companies.

This is why we offer the opportunity 5 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to experience all of the equipment and blends we supply entirely without obligation in our taste experience center.

In consultation, you can also choose to experience the equipment and different blends for a few working days at your location. We are happy to organize a tasting session with one of our baristas, who will work with the most discerning coffee drinkers to find your ideal taste.

Of course, the ease of use of the equipment also comes into play, as more than 50% of satisfaction with a coffee facility, has to do with a machine that is appropriate, works well and is easy to care for.
