We've been at it for a while. Personalizing the coffee experience for our customers. In our opinion, very important at a time when we are more interdependent, but also further apart than ever. And we can imagine that you might find that a little strange. After all, how do you make coffee personal? A cup of coffee is a cup of coffee, right? We don't think so!
