How does your way of offering work?
Since January 2012, CoffeeClick offers the transparent all-in coffee concept, where you pay per cup. For this all-in price per cup you receive a high-quality coffee machine, freshly roasted coffee beans and the perfect service. In short, a clear all-in concept with the most important detail: no more surprises!
How does CoffeeClick differentiate itself from the competition?
Unlike many traditional coffee suppliers, CoffeeClick always maintains a constant amount of ground beans (grammage) per cup, guaranteeing perfect quality and the delicious taste you have come to expect from us. We also monitor the number of kilos of coffee beans used in relation to the number of cups brewed. And those coffee beans? They are of course included in the fixed all-in price per cup!
Current coffee suppliers earn heavily from the (too) high adjustment of the number of grams of beans per cup. You buy the coffee beans, often per kilo, at a fixed price. You have probably been used to this price for some time. So far, nothing seems wrong. However, the setting of your machine regarding the grammage per cup determines the price and the taste! We have noticed that in practice the grammage per cup is greatly increased, sometimes even doubled as time passes. What does this mean for you as a customer? It means for you an increase (sometimes even doubling) of the costs and for the (bean) supplier more turnover and thus margin! And who adjusts your business coffee machine over and over again? Right.....

What types of coffee do you have?
We carry multiple types of coffee, from organic coffee beans to instant coffee. In doing so, we select only the best coffee beans for our customers. Our fresh coffee beans are sourced in South America and Africa. Because we buy directly from the coffee plantations, we can always guarantee optimal quality and freshness. We buy our coffee beans only with a Rainforest Alliance seal of approval.
What brands of coffee machines do you carry?
We carry professional fully automatic coffee machines from Franke, Etna and our own manufacture. As a result, we guarantee quality, durability and reliability. Thus, the basis of our coffee machines consists of components that are critically manufactured with a focus on durability and quality.
What does a cup of coffee cost?
This depends on the machine that suits your business, however, we can say that we have a starting price of 14 cents per cup.

How often should I clean the coffee machine?
We understand that you don't want to clean too often, but your espresso machine does need daily care. Fortunately, we have coffee machines with automatic cleaning programs. So it is wise to rinse the espresso machine with a cleaning tablet daily. Do not forget about cleaning the milk container, residue container and grid. This will keep your machine in perfect condition and you will enjoy a delicious cup of coffee every day.
Do you also sell tea?
We carry three grades of tea, namely Classic Tea, Premium Tea and Superior Tea. The gradations indicate the difference between tea powder from a bag, tea leaves in a bag and fresh loose tea. You can easily order the teas by phone, mail or through the web shop.
Who performs the service?
We use our own mechanics and Baristas which means we can always provide you with fast on-site support. Our service department has a maximum response time of 8 working hours. In practice, however, our service technician will be at your doorstep in less than 5 hours. Because, nothing is more annoying than a day without coffee. We call this Star Class Service with a capital S.

What is the delivery time for orders?
