Caffeine is a stimulant found naturally in coffee. Caffeine has various effects on our productivity and in this way, coffee can affect work performance.

Caffeine makes us more alert in the short term, it has an effect on concentration and gives a feeling of increased energy. Thus, we become sharper.

In addition to the effect of adrenaline, the release of dopamine is stimulated. As a result, people get a pleasant and happy feeling after drinking coffee. This provides increased motivation and a sense of well-being. Thus, our mood is affected by this. In addition, coffee can increase productivity. Just the smell of coffee optimizes our attention span!

After taking a short break with a cup of coffee with it, employees' performance can be affected because we become sharper and attention improves.
